I want to

track how many times tasks are reworked each week and how long they stay in rework

So that I can

understand where delays happen and improve workflow efficiency.

Acceptance Criteria

Weekly Summary

Show total number of reworks and total rework time per week.

Filter by Transition

Allow filtering by specific transitions (e.g., “Blocked → In Progress”, “QA → Waiting for QA”).

Task Details

For each task, show:

Total reworks

Total rework time

List of rework transitions with timestamps

Comparison

Show if reworks increased or decreased compared to the previous week.
